Polperro has been designated An Area of Outstanding natural Beauty by English Heritage and Garden Cottage typifies this by its peaceful, sunny, elevated position on the south facing side of the picturesque harbour and boasts wonderful views of the harbour and coast. Garden Cottage is situated on Talland Hill, just a few minutes walk from the village centre, harbour and beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. It is an ideal base for those guests who want a peaceful location within easy reach of the many attractions of Cornwall. Garden Cottage sleeps up to four adults (plus an additional child). It is one of the few cottages in the village to have its own on site parking and has the benefit of a secluded, well equipped, south facing garden.

  • Bookings are Friday 3PM to Friday 10AM. Garden Cottage benefits from a Friday changeover, allowing you to miss the potential heavy traffic which you might encounter travelling to the West Country on a Saturday (particularly during Summer). This also allows you a full weekend at home to recover at the end of your holiday before going back to work! If you wish to arrive late on Friday evening then this can be accomodated.

  • Bed linen, tea towels,bath mats etc. are provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels (these can be provided - price on request).

  • Up to 2 dogs are welcome at Garden Cottage (by prior arrangement only).

  • Short breaks are welcomed but cannot be booked via this site - please contact the owner to arrange.
